To whom it may concern,
We have been very pleased with the work done for us on a bathroom renovation by Pete Maisonneuve of Home Smarts.
He always showed up when he said he would, did the work expeditiously and with finesse and care, left the worksite immaculate each day and made us a wonderful new space that suits our needs as seniors. Because we could not tour round tile and fitting stores ourselves because of illness ,he was extremely kind and willing to search out suitable equipment for us ,including highly useful grab bars that push up when not needed, and a fold-up shower seat , which really helped with our limited original space. Also, all of his sub-contractors were skilled and efficient work people, especially his tiler, the wonderful Jerry.
We really love the finished effects and have nothing but praise for Pete and his work .We’ll be using him and his company again. Clearly he really does know what he is doing!

"We asked Pete to renovate raised beds in our yard which he did using as much of the original wood as possible. The substantial replacements included much better-designed beds with a central set of stairs for convenience. His pleasant manner and commitment to times were greatly appreciated, especially under difficult weather conditions. Pete’s crew worked diligently under his direction and left the yard clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to refer Pete to anyone seeking work done professionally and in a timely manner."
