Consulting    

Moisture concerns and building envelope problems:

- Flat fee moisture evaluations consist of site visit, determination of cause, and report with pictures

  and recommendations.

- If further investigation is required, a "time and  materials" contract will be agreed on.

- Specialty services such as thermal imaging or air quality assessments are available if required.

Maintenance evaluations:

- Flat fee evaluations consist of site visit and listing of items identified.

- Maintenance concerns are listed in priority so a plan of action can be implemented as the client

  sees fit

 Contracting

All projects require signed contract that includes but is not limited to:  scope of work, pricing (either quoted or time and materials estimate depending on project) and terms.  All contracting services are completed to a high quality standard using high quality materials.   If a client wishes to use their own materials or would like to supply their own product, arrangements can be made to ensure the quality of the products and the finished project.  Home Smarts inc. is full insured and licenced to carry out work in the Cochrane, Bragg Creek and Airdrie area.   References are available upon request.

Residential Renovations:

- Small one room changes to full home renovation.

- Additions and floor plan changes.

Basement Development:

- We evaluate the building envelope and insulation prior to starting to ensure we don’t cover up any

   future issues.

- All work to "rest of home " standard or better (unless otherwise discussed). 

New Builds:

 - Home Smarts works with a team of professional designers, project managers and trade partners to

   ensure you get the home you are dreaming of.
